Spray Irrigation Control Panel

CP-001-3-0006

Smart timer + UV · time-dosed spray irrigation · failsafe lockout. 120 VAC single phase, dual feeds. UL 508A Listed, file E547664.

Read first — the control circuit stays live

TWO separate 120 V feeds. Main power lands on terminal 1; a dedicated control circuit lands on terminal 2 and keeps the alarm system, timer and control logic energized even when the main breaker is OFF. Disconnect BOTH feeds and verify with a voltage tester before opening the panel. Neutrals from both feeds must land on the same neutral bus in the feeder panel. Never override the air loss or UV fault lockouts — they exist to stop under-treated effluent being dispersed.

Model
CP-001-3-0006
Supply
120 VAC, 60 Hz, single phase — dual feeds: main power (terminal 1) and a dedicated control circuit (terminal 2)
Total FLA / SCCR
25 A · SCCR 5 kA
Spray / dose pump
120 V, 1 HP (20 FLA) — largest motor · integral motor overload required
Compressor
120 V, ¼ HP (5.0 FLA) · integral motor overload required
Branch protection
CB1 20 A pump · CB2 5 A compressor · CB3 5 A control
Feeder protection
Field supplied, upstream at the feeder panel — 30 A main feed · 5 A control feed · field-supplied main disconnect required
Timer
Elko SHT-13/2 Wi-Fi smart timer — Channel 1 drives the spray/dose pump (contacts 15/18), Channel 2 is spare · built-in run-time hour meter
UV supervision
Elko EP PRI-51 current monitoring relay · ENI-T8-32-P2SC-N ballast · lamp customer supplied
Protection
Air pressure loss or UV lamp fault raises the alarm and locks out the spray/dose pump. The pump level float (terminals 5–6) blocks short doses without alarming. High water (across terminals 7–8) raises the alarm only — the pump stays on schedule by design.
Overloads
None in this panel — both motors must carry integral overload protection
Enclosure
Polycase ZH-100804 · NEMA 4X polycarbonate · 10.0 × 8.4 × 5.2 in · indoor or weatherproof outdoor · −20 to 50 °C
Field wiring
26–10 AWG copper, 600 V, 60 °C · terminal torque 0.79 N·m (7.0 in-lbs)
Compliance
UL 508A Listed · file E547664 · NFPA 70 (NEC)
